Tired Of Looking at Ads on Web Pages

There are few Web pages you can go to the Web these days that don't have some type of advertisement on it. Thanks to the contributors to Firefox, there is a solution. Actually there are a bunch. But one that I use is the ad block plus.

As you probably already know, the images that are in advertisements can slow your computer down. Don't believe me? Type inside of your Firefox browser URL the following: "about:cache". Now click on "List Cache Entries" for your Memory Cache. What you will find is that the vast majority of those images in your cache are from advertisements. What a waste of space.

And we all know from OS that if the system can't pick up the data it needs from the cache, it has to go to a less convenient location to get the data. This ultimately takes more time. Consequently, your Web surfing experience is hindered.

So if you're tired of your advertisements, try out the Mozilla plug in.
