Greetings. I am doing research in ed tech at the Univ of the West Indies in Jamaica - algorithm viz at the univ level, also issues related to cost vs. benefit vs. effectiveness at the high/secondary and elementary/primary level (e.g. related to the OLPC), and cultural issues. We are working on a number of projects, including a 3D animation system similar to ALICE that runs over the web.

Hello. I'm a learning scientist researching and developing advanced technologies for informal and formal learning. Since May 2010 I've been developing software as an independent contractor for various Web-based learning research projects at the Concord Consortium and for some non-profits. Before that I was the lead developer of the Virtual Math Teams project at Drexel University for just over a year.
